Crystal Walent

Crystal is a leader and passionate about all aspects of health and well-being. Her mission in life is to empower people to operate from their higher self, elevating their performance in life and leaving them producing the results that they desire while experiencing fulfillment.
A self-employed self-starter for over 20 years, Crystal began her career in the real estate industry. Her experience there provided her with a wealth of knowledge in financing, contracts, and sales. This then led her to co-found her first company in 2011, Sweet Event Design, which specialized in marketing, promoting, and executing high-end events. With her immense creative and organizational skills, she took on business development in a myriad of industries and has been an entrepreneur, creating companies, projects, and organizations, ever since.
Contribution and making a difference are in her DNA. Crystal served as the Vice President and member of a national women’s organization, Lipstick Sister, for seven years prior to founding Women Empower, where she currently operates as the CEO. She served as a Global Classroom Leader Liasion of a global transformational company, Landmark Worldwide, where she created trainings for classroom leaders worldwide. She has led over 1,000 participants in workshops, leaving participants producing powerful results with freedom and ease.
After suffering 20 years of her life with a major panic and anxiety disorder, Crystal put herself in courses that have transformed her view on life and have her living the life she craves and loves! Knowing this is possible, she provides structures, resources, and support that will aid others in this mission! Crystal is in a healthy relationship with a wonderful man who empowers everything she stands for. She is a mom that is growing and expanding her beautiful family. When Crystal is not leading a team of people or her family, you can find her geeking out on new technologies, watching game shows, dancing, traveling, researching how not to kill her plants, and cooking homemade recipes that don’t taste like terrible vegan substitutes!
